Mens@sana offers natural vegan cuisine in Milan since 2003.

Rodolfo CondoluciWe use good and healthy raw materials, simple recipes, natural ingredients to create sweet and savory dishes in the wake of an ancient Mediterranean tradition, however, revised in accordance with the bio-vegan and health-consciuos principles (ie, we don’t use animal nor animal derived ingredients), no sugar and no white flour; in addition, we offer dishes for people who are gluten intolerant.

Our laboratory in Milan, in Piazza Martinelli, is supplied with modern equipment to prepare our dishes every day, which are then fresh delivered to our Mens@sana restaurants, other local stores, bars but also to your events, buffets, weddings, thanks to our catering service.

The laboratory and its stores are also places of cultural interest, of exchange, to learn and fully understand the functioning of the human body in relation to individual needs. Also, just in order to promote a conscious awareness of the various issues associated with food, Mens@sana holds regular cooking classes in its stores.
